This website does not create visitor accounts. When you choose to contact Found It For You™ or complete the LTC Research Survey, the information you provide may include your name, organization, role, email address, telephone number, home size, information about laundry and belongings workflows, and your message or survey responses.
How information is used
Information submitted through the website is used to respond to inquiries, arrange demonstrations, discuss pilots, conduct industry research, support commercialization planning, provide requested resources, and maintain relevant business correspondence.
Form submissions
Demo requests and survey responses are sent to Found It For You™ by email and may also be stored in a protected file on the website hosting account for record-keeping and research analysis.
Analytics
Website analytics may be added to understand aggregate website traffic and use. If analytics are enabled, this notice will be updated to identify the service and the information it collects.
Downloads
Free resources may be downloaded without providing personal information. The hosting provider may maintain routine server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and date or time for security and operational purposes.
Resident and health information
Do not submit resident names, health information, incident details, or other confidential information through the public website contact form. Product deployment, facility data, access, security, backup, and privacy requirements are addressed separately with each organization.
