Website Terms of Use

These terms apply to public website use and the Personal Property Inventory. They do not replace the software licence, pilot agreement, support terms, privacy schedule, or implementation agreement used with a long-term care home.

Informational purpose

The website provides general information about Found It For You™ and resident-property workflow practices. It is not legal, clinical, regulatory, privacy, security, or risk-management advice.

No replacement for home policies

Each organization remains responsible for its own admission, laundry, resident-property, incident-reporting, safety, infection-prevention, privacy, records, police-notification, and family-communication policies.

Personal Property Inventory

The inventory is a documentation tool intended to help residents and families record personal belongings. It does not guarantee that an item will not be lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen, and it does not replace the long-term care home's own admission, labelling, laundry, valuables or resident-property policies.

Digital purchase and refunds

The current price is $24.99 CAD for access to the final inventory copy, including print / save-as-PDF and available sharing options. All sales are final once access to the digital service has been provided. Refunds are not available for completed digital purchases. Technical access issues, duplicate charges or clearly erroneous transactions may be reviewed by contacting info@founditforyou.ca.

Payment processing

Payments are processed through Square. Square's own terms and privacy practices apply to checkout and payment processing.

Intellectual property

The Found It For You™ name, website text, visual design, software screens, workflows, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Public screenshots are provided for evaluation and may not be used to reproduce, reverse engineer, market, or develop a competing product.

Accuracy and availability

Information may be updated as the product evolves. Website access and downloads may occasionally be unavailable. No guarantee is made that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Found It For You™ is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general website information or free resources. Product obligations are governed by the written agreement applicable to that deployment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
